Go see Mike over at Villano Beach and take a parasailing ride! Or just play in the washing machine like waves or check out the amazing old spanish villas and forts along the water.  Get a view you can not see elsewhere!  You will pass many manatee zones and are sure to see a few dolphins along the way!

On A1A in Ormand Beach park just before the bridge.  Take I-95 to Ormand Beach take the first exit from Orlando and go east to the A1A bridge.  To the right of the base of the bridge is the parking and boat ramps.  There are two double lane ramps and parking is pretty ample for about 45 as long as you get there before 10am your usually good.  After that it is a bit crowded.  There is a park further down if you have to just use the ramp and come back to park.

After dumping your ski in the water at the ramp go under the giant bridge and keep on going.. straight down the river.. be sure to watch your gas.. there are only two gas stops the whole trp!!! Watch for signs!!

When you get close to the first Inlet (Mantanzas Inlet) you will notice the water will start to get really clean, clear and blue.  Be careful in the inlet, everytime we go someone always seems to damage their ski.. this is very shallow area where the waves are so if you want to play be careful comming down.. get out far enough!

St. Auggie Inlet is another 45 mins from there.. more gas though once you get to Villano Beach side of it. Say hi to Mike for me.

The inlet is like a washing machine.. waves in all directions, will really shake you around.. but much fun and steady deeply seperated waves once in the main inlet part.. really huge waves and absolutely beautiful!

Enjoy and let me know when your going.. I will be happy to join you!
