The easiest way to get there is to head north on I95 like your going to Daytona Beach
until you see the exit for Ponce Inlet/Wilbur by the Sea. Take it and it
will have you heading east on Dunlawton Avenue in no
time. A bit later you will cross the Dunlawton Bridge
and immediately hit A1A where you either use that ramp
on the bridge to put your ski in and head South East to the
island, or turn right and follow A1A all the way to
the Ponce Inlet ramp across from the Lighthouse.
Come early if you want to park there, it fills up fast!
OTHER BETTER RAMP OPTION:
Halifax Harbor Marina
450 Basin St.
Daytona Beach
(800) 343-2899
The 550-slip marina has six boat ramps, a fish- cleaning station, a convenient fuel dock and pump out.
From Down Town Orlando:
2: Merge onto I-4 E toward DAYTONA BEACH. 49.2 miles Map
3: Merge onto FL-400 E via EXIT 132 on the LEFT toward DAYTONA BCH / S DAYTONA. 4.7 miles Map
4: Turn LEFT onto S RIDGEWOOD AVE / US-1 N / FL-5 N. 1.4 miles Map
5: Turn RIGHT onto LOOMIS AVE. 0.1 miles Map
6: Turn LEFT onto S BEACH ST. <0.1 miles Map
7: Turn RIGHT onto BASIN ST. <0.1 miles Map
8: End at 450 Basin St
Daytona Beach, FL 32114-5058, US Map
Total Est. Time: 59 minutes Total Est. Distance: 55.88 miles

i live in the area and wouldn't recommend the lighthouse ramp. yes it's close but unless you are there by 9 you will most likely not find a spot to park. either the halifax marina or the dunlawton ramp are excellent choices and usually have open spots to park. the surf has been up in ponce lately as well and should pose for a great ride.
